Indeed
Power of Partnership

Launch Campaign

The brief

When Indeed launched its new partnership with Glassdoor — creating streamlined, more powerful recruiting and hiring experience — they needed a suite of videos to introduce it. I was brought in to work on a hero video for the campaign landing page, three micro-explainer videos breaking down the new features, and two ads for Instagram. And all of it needed to make the product feel approachable and engaging.

The insight & idea

Tasked with bringing life to dashboards and recruiting workflows, it was important to deliver the message in an entertaining way. The opportunity was to use animation as a storytelling tool to infuse energy and personality into the product, using it as a vehicle to carry the viewer through the features of the product.

The execution

Working within Indeed's brand and motion guidelines and design direction led by the team at Hook, I helped animate the hero video with a team of talented animators and independently animated the three micro-explainers and two Instagram ads.

Every motion decision — pacing, easing, and how elements move — was made with intention: direct the viewer's eye to the right place at the right time and make something that's easy to watch even when the subject matter is dense.
